1. The whole machine is made by plate welded
stress and treated by vibration to remove
inner stress, to make sure long
time bending accuracy, rigidity and
stability.
2. Hydraulic system is controlled by double
cylinders, mechanical stopper, torsion bar
to realize synchronization, machine is
runningsmoothly and reliably.
3. Distance of back gauge and stroke of
slide is adjusted by electrical control and
fine-tuning manually, and digital display
device is adopted to make operation more
frequently.
4. Upper mold clamping system is equipped
with deflection compensation system
Note: As seen in photo of the electrical
area, a white wire was cut to foot pedal by mistake. This took the machine out of operation. An electrician should be able to correctly
reconnect wire easily and machine would be in good working order,bought a new unit
