Why types of material were ran through the machine? ...used for stainless ,aluminium ,titanium..
Are there any service records? ..minimal..just replaced conveyor belt recently
What if any parts have been replaced in the machines lifetime?... a few refurbs
Are there loading capabilities? If not who is responsible for them?...we can load onto flat bed
Is the machine in fair conditions but it needs some work to reach its full potential and run properly, but not worn out..such as work-door latch safety switch,middle station drum has wobble(bearing)may needs replaced on bearings installed on belt shaft or alignment issue? station 3 needs motor repaired or replaced..also main conveyor in feed feed belt has tear and may need replaced depending on application drum has gouge in it and may need replaced but 2 ft part on left ok,1 ft part on right ok..with no finishing marks on part...we didnt need too for our if not replaced ok for about 24" part width ..buttons work but plastic insert is broken on a few of them.
Does the machine function as its supposed to? yes but it will need 5-10k for optimal peak performance and to put in good running condition, possible to work around most issues..
Does the seller warranty the item? no as is where is..no warranty
Does the machine come with any extras? Belts brushed etc..a few spare belts
What type grit belts were used? 80-400 grit used
