A industrial 150mm wide belt sander-finishing machine. A useful addition to any workshop or tool room.
The machine is able to process both profiled and contoured parts on the front rubber coated contact wheel or flatting work on the top mounted 500mm long platen under a hinged guard .
The design incorporates a collection bucket under the contact wheel to intercept and catch any dropped parts or larger waste items that may be drawn into the dust catchment area such as sprue from castings allowing easy retrieval.
The pedestal has a pivoting connection joint to the pedestal that allows the work ends height to be adjusted for rake allowing better positioning and comfort for operators of different height.
The manual tracking and tensioning assembly is conveniently located at arm length along with the quick release side guard for quick and easy belt changes. Complete with self contained dust extraction fan.
