3 axis cnc prototrak mill. full conversational programming
including thread milling, circle pocket and frame, rectangular
frame and pocket, irregular pocket (multi-sided asymmetrical),
bolt hole patterns, drilling / boring cycles, mold rotation,
scaling, copy cycles, repeat cycles, DNC operation via CAD/CAM
interface, programmable coolant and spray mist,Output for CNC
rotary, Head completely rebuilt within the last 12 months
including rebuilt spindle motor, variable speed discs, belts,
spindle bearings, etc. Machine is in excellent shape and holds
tolerance with no problem. The head is quiet as new, the ball
screws are in great shape. New Z servo/driver in the last 12
months, new computer within the last 12 months. 40 taper
spindle, SOME tooling included. Free loading on a flatbed truck
or trailer. I need to make room for a larger machine. $th axis and
jigs shown not included. |
