Machine Features:
Liquid Circuit
The wash solution is pumped from the solution tank through the nozzle frames where it is sprayed onto the work-piece from the top, bottom, and side. The liquid then returns to the tank for recirculation by the pump.
Nozzle Frame
Machine is equipped with removable nozzles throughout. In addition, each nozzle is mounted in a double-elbow arrangement to facilitate adjusting the direction of spray.
Spray Cabinet Door
The spray cabinet door is integral with the turntable arm and column so that the work is automatically positioned inside the spray cabinet when the door is closed.
