- Hooswel CNC Straight Welding Machine represents
the advanced straight welding technology, it welds
various shaping materials, such as cylindrical,
conical, prismatic, pyramidal and square pipes
thickness range from 13ga to 1.3inch. it¡¯s widely
used in the electrical industry, traffic industry,
petroleum and chemical industry.
Hoos Global Control Hub W is deployed to control
of oil pressure system, positioning system, motion
system, and protection system,. Combined with
hydraulic towel clamping system, AC servo drive
system, screw gear motion transmission system, it
provides friendly programmable interface to setup
the diameter and cutting processed to be used, and
automatically accomplish the synchronous motion of
welding.
With Japanese Master Control Module, locking
module, and Mitsubishi AC control motor, Germany
hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve parts,
automatic flux recovery device(optional), Japanese
Frequency Control Driver, etc, make this machine a
