| General Description |
- Completly Rebuilt 18 station Rotex with punches ranging in size from 1/8" to 2".
18" throat
18" throat with 18 stations, will punch holes up to 2" in diameter with a force in the 8 ton range when operated by an average sized worker. This machine is still very popular with government agencies, model shops or work places that need a greater assortment of sizes in the range under 2".
Throat:
18" throat depth. Will punch to the center of a 36" sheet of material.
Frame:
Cast "Mehanite" or equivalent 40,000 PSI Tensile or better for rugged operation.
Turret Rotation:
Independent handle rotation is the standard configuration. Optional "Hand Synchronized" (HS) or "Hand Wheel Gear Synchronized" (HWGS) are also available.
Tonnage:
Punch Presses are rated at approximately 8 tons with an average sized operator.
Tooling:
Long wearing hardened steel, machined to close tolerances for efficient punching. Pre-aligned and ready for immediate use to insure maximum precision.
Station Indicators:
Punch and Die turrets are alphabetically marked to simplify accurate and speedy alignment.
Safety Lock:
Prevents damage to work and machine if the turrets are not properly locked in place.
Size Identification:
Punch and die sizes are clearly marked for quick and proper identification.
This machine is in excellent condition with all parts either painted, plated or polished.
