dressing with a roller or diamond, tracking of

system. The machine is characterized in
particular by: Preloaded precision guideways in
the X-, Y-and Z-axis. This control system is
characterized by: high accuracy, smooth running
and durability. Minimum feed values and high
feed rates can be achieved due to minimal
friction. Low heat generation guarantees a
constant accuracy. AC servo drives are
available in the Y-and Z-axis. Ballscrew is
preloaded without clearance. Hydrostatic lead
screw is installed in the X-axis. Absolute
measurement systems: In the Y-and Z-axis
grinding spindle - Spindle bearings with grease
lubrication - Ultra-precision bearings with
