General Description |
- Table takes full length 12' sheets of Corian or other solid counter top materials. Cuts with Diamond studed blade, as fast as tooth bladed saws. Blades usually last 4 to 5 years, without removal,in lieu of 3 or 4 days for Tungstun Carbide tooth blades. Saves many hundreds of dollars per year. Cuts +/-.005. Has variable speed powered backstop and an electronic Digital Read Out (DRO) to control width of cut. DRO reads in inches & fractions (1/16",1/8",1/4") or decimals or mm. Uses water as a coolant/lubricant. Cutting feed rate is powered with a variable speed control. Requires only one operator to cut, and "on & off" load.

Comments: |
- New improvements probably make it the best saw on the market for cutting Corian and similar materials. Simply set width of cut using DRO. Slide work piece onto table, fine tune power feed speed rate, and saw moves length of cut. With water lubricant/coolant there is no dust. REA has made these saw for 18 years. Some owners have two to four REA saws.
