The Mach 1 is a CNC controlled horizontal machining center with TWO independently driven and controlled high frequency spindles.
Manual or automatic loading can be carried out.
The machining center comes equipped with a 2 station pallet changer. (630 x 630)
Each workspindle is independently controlled in Y and Z-axis direction. The pallet-type clamping fixture is moved along B and X axis (rotary table and transverse axis) in relation with the workspindles.
All linear axes are directly driven and feature linear scales that measure absolute values.
The tool change can be used with both spindles parallel to the machining operation. While one spindle is carrying out the machining, the other workspindle perfoms the automatic tool change in the pick-up procedure at the same time.
