Buyer shall defend and indemnify Seller and Seller's sales representatives and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from the setup, operation, transporting, trucking, shipping, rigging, loading or other use of the equipment. Any claims against Seller shall be heard in North Carolina courts without a jury, and be decided under North Carolina State law.
